Tracey Birine

Lorraine worked with me after my lumbar surgery around 5 years ago. She was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Working with Lorraine was the very best introduction to Pilates I could have had, and I’m so grateful I had someone with Lorraine’s expertise to help me. I’ve since gone on to practise daily Yoga & Handstands, and I’m training to be a Yoga Teacher. The strong foundations for this new journey were laid in those first few months with Lorraine, working with care and attention to detail to aid the physical recovery, and an understanding & empathy for the emotional one too.
