Not many blokes appear to appreciate what Pilates can do for them. I’m 6’4″ tall, weigh nearly 20stone and am 61 yrs young. I used to get lower back stiffness and have had torn knee ligaments in the past. Since I started Pilates with lovely Lorraine 4 yrs ago all these problems are reduced and I’m much more comfortable on my motorbike over long distances due to my improved core strength and posture. I hated PE at school and get far too sweaty doing anything aerobic so this suits me just fine.
